You are someone who want to be an IT Rock Star and is willing to do whatever it takes to make it. You have good experience with Desktops, laptops and windows operating systems and basic networking, you are a good problem solver, your attitude and initiative is what sets you apart and although you have good skills, it is your drive and determination that will set you apart. Key contributions of this position include: Working as a consultant at client sites, this position requires the ability to handle various Microsoft Windows, Linux, networking and storage requests by working closely with users, other team members as well as software and hardware vendors. This position will also work remotely to support customers using VPN technologies, responding to tickets and events that occur during standard IT operations. This junior level position will be handling the first level activities of multiple customers. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for doing daily IT operations for our customers and working with the senior members of the team to provide IT support.
